We’ll create a design and provide you with a floor plan and elevations of affected walls to help you visualize the plan. To accomplish this, we need to do the following things:
Client: Dream a little, make a wish list and pull together any pictures that provide inspiration for your new kitchen or bath. Think about what kind of “look” you’re after and decide on a reasonable budget.
Client and Designer: Together, we will sit down for an extensive talk regarding your lifestyle, storage needs, activities that will take place in the space and things you love or hate about your present space. We will set priorities around “needs” versus “wants.” We’ll address things like: What appliances will be used? Are there universal design needs? Are there infrastructure problems that will need to be addressed? What kinds of things can be accomplished within the given budget?
Designer: We’ll measure the space and draw up a couple of schematics or “rough drawings” to help us decide on a layout that would best suit you. After final decisions are made and appliances chosen, we’ll prepare a final floor plan of the space.
2. Supply the cabinets and professional installation
After a floor plan is finalized, Celadon can provide cabinets (from a number of sources: custom, semi-custom or stock) and oversee the entire installation process. In helping you order cabinets, we can ensure through proper communication that you get exactly what you want. We will help you be ready for the install process by advising you on what you can expect and when.
3. Manage the project from start to finish
We work with only the best remodelers and subcontractors in the business. You can trust they will do an excellent job on your project. We will be an advocate for you to help make sure your project goes smoothly and be available to help you understand the process and answer your questions. We will create a timeline so that you know roughly when different components of the project will be finished and what to expect.
